The right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reasons.
During this time you can do that with the product that is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is allowed to try the product out as you would in a physical store would. Additionally, you can withdraw the product from the package unless the packaging, in the case of cleaning products, etc. is opened.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier has received the product in possession.
If you have ordered in one order more goods with different delivery times, the withdrawal period shall expire 30 days after the day you received the final product or component.
The moment you have agreed to a steady supply of products with us the withdrawal period shall expire 30 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, will get the first product physical possession.
In case of services, the withdrawal period shall expire 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to send us an e-mail, possibly including the standard form, to contact@karabag.com. Within 14 days after sending the email, you must return the products.
Sending back
Once your request received, we will send the return labels by mail so you can return your order free of charge.
We ask you to return the product as much as possible in their original packaging and ensure the best protection.
Repayment
In case of withdrawal you receive all payments, any delivery costs for sending the shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated to want to make use of the withdrawal right, back again. We will pay you back with the same currency with which you paid it, unless you have agreed upon another method with us.
Exclusion of withdrawal right
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
Products that are made to your specification, including custom-made carpets, kilim and carpet underlay.
